Vintage Japanese Lusterware Covered Sugar Bowl   * About the Piece: Beautiful vintage mid-century porcelain double-handled covered sugar bowl. Features an iridescent, pearlescent blue and pink lusterware glaze along the upper rim, handles, and lid finial.  * Design Details: Decorated with hand-painted orange floral blossoms. The fitted lid includes an integrated safety locking tab and a factory steam release vent hole. Bottom features an authentic reddish-brown MADE IN JAPAN export stamp.  * Condition: Good vintage pre-owned condition. Structurally sound with no chips, cracks, or fractures. Exhibits honest age-related cosmetic wear including minor paint flaking on the lid's dark trim line and a ring of old price-tag sticker residue on the lid. The lower white body shows a band of vintage amber/yellow shelf discoloration around the base ring. A small blue paint smudge is present near the right handle from original factory hand-decorating.
